What counts as an event
Every page view, click, scroll milestone (25/50/75/90/100%), form submit, Core Web Vitals report, and custom event the script records counts as one event. Across the 30+ live sites SnapIT Analytics measures, one page view produces about 10 events on average: around 3 on simple content pages and up to 20 on interactive ones.
Going over your plan does not stop tracking. We keep recording, email you at 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance, and show your usage on the dashboard's Billing page.
How the price compares
Competitor figures are from each company's own pricing page, checked 30 October 2026. They count page views, while SnapIT Analytics counts events, so the "about" figures use the 10-events-per-page-view average above.
Entry prices and free plans (checked 30 October 2026)
We only list what works today. These are on the roadmap and are not sold on any plan: team seats (several people on one account), shareable read-only dashboards, Slack reports, cohort analysis and session replay. If one of them would decide it for you, tell us.
Questions
How much does SnapIT Analytics cost?
Free for up to 100,000 events a month on 3 websites. Starter is $9/month (250,000 events, 10 websites), Pro $19/month (750,000 events, 50 websites) and Business $49/month (2,000,000 events, unlimited websites). Paying yearly costs 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months are free.
What happens if I go over my plan's events?
Nothing is lost. We keep recording, email you at 80% and 100% of the allowance, and show your usage in the dashboard so you can decide whether to upgrade.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
Starter and Pro come with a 14-day free trial, once per account. You enter a card at checkout and are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. The free plan never expires and never asks for a card.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time from Billing in the dashboard; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free. New subscriptions have a 14-day money-back guarantee (see the terms).
Does SnapIT Analytics use cookies or fingerprinting?
No. The script sets no cookies, writes nothing to localStorage and does no device fingerprinting. It keeps one random id in sessionStorage, which the browser deletes when the tab closes. Unique visitors are counted on the server with a hash of the IP address and browser that uses a random salt replaced every day; raw IP addresses are never stored. Whether you need a consent banner depends on your country and what else your site does, so check with your own adviser.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, plus Link, Apple Pay and Google Pay where Stripe offers them. Promotion codes can be entered at checkout.
