3. Alpha Testing Limitations

3.1 Service Availability

• Service uptime is not guaranteed during alpha testing
• Features may be disabled, modified, or removed without notice
• Data retention is not guaranteed and data loss may occur
• APIs and integrations may change without backward compatibility

3.2 No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analytics data during alpha testing.

• You may only track websites you own or have permission to track
• You must comply with privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and others
• You must not track sensitive personal information without consent
• You must provide appropriate privacy notices to your users

In no event shall SnapIt Analytics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses during alpha testing.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. During alpha testing, no service level agreements apply.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time during alpha testing. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
