- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time.
- Analytics event data: Retained according to your subscription plan (Free: 30 days, Basic: 90 days, Pro: 6 months, Business: 1 year, Enterprise: 2 years, Ultimate: custom)
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax law
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where required, by sending you an email notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
